Salient Features of Double Rotary Tablet Machine
- CI body and turret made of special grade iron casting with CI middle plate, imported needle roller bearing provided at the bottom of turret. Also available with middle plate of turret made of 316 grade stainless steel.
- No painted parts in tablet manufacturing zone; all parts made of stainless steel 304, gunmetal, or hard chrome plated. All hardware used in the machine has stainless steel 304 quality in tablet manufacturing zone.
- Equipped with a disk type friction clutch start system for efficient operation.
- Includes upper punch penetration system, variable speed pulley, one-shot lubrication system, and anti-vibrating mount for smooth performance.
- Lower guard made of polished stainless steel and upper guards of acrylic material. Turret guards have a sturdy aluminum frame. All guards are interlocked for safety.
- Effective dust extraction nozzles.
